In the process of working on passive income ventures, our company initially began in early 2008 developing websites to share information over the internet in order to advertise on our website, such as www.remodelmyroom.com to detail information about do it yourself remodeling.  Along our journey towards creating wealth, success and financial freedom, I began a second passive income stream in the form of a website to teach people the information needed to attain these lofty goals.  On that website, I was going to develop an online downloadable digital eBook with several chapters about how to obtain this success.  In addition, I knew I could teach people about my experience with website development and making money on the internet.

     As I began to write this eBook, the information just flowed from my brain, and before I knew it I had decided that I was setting out to write a full blown book, and see if I could get it published.  Well, as luck has it, I was able to write the entire book in a period of about three months.  At the same time I began researching the methods used to have someone publish a book, and as I found out, it is very difficult to get any work published for a first time author, even though I had over 20 year of managing multi-million dollar projects for major corporations as a degreed Mechanical Engineer.  I also found out that it can take more than a year just to get an agent interested in shopping a manuscript to publishers in an attempt to make a deal.

     Well, the act of writing this book, and the motivational tone that I presented in writing this book, provided me with a great deal of incentive and enthusiasm to get this published and introduced to the public as quick as possible.  So my wife and I did the only thing we could think to do, start our own publishing company!
